Odds are your Music player or PC sound card will run out of energy before these run out of bass handling capability. The sound is crisp and clear.
I truly love these headphones and particularly like the switch between movie and music, which actually has a difference! They're large - the earphone goes completely around your ear. The sound is mediocre. Bought these instead of Panasonic RP-HT360 because a lot more people had bought these and were pleased with them, and since these were the only real headphones I'd found that a reviewer had measured the audio-response of. I've had numerous headsets. The Koss headphones are also a little less expensive. Well-crafted and good value - I suggest them highly.
I mainly bought these cans for music, gaming, and films. In most fairness, both of these are 10X more expensive ($200/each). I'm able to wear these for very long amounts of time with no discomfort common to a number of other headphones that I've owned previously. If it's great, then it's great, and these rf wireless headphones are great. Well, what do you expect for $20? I purchased these not too long ago simply because I had faith in Sony headphones. More often than not I've found myself only using it for an hour at any given time. For that price, I love these headphones!
Did not notice any type of difference between film and songs. Opened the infrared wireless headphones up a 1/2 hour ago. It might be especially obvious when listening to digital songs. I've got a large head.
They're comfortable and sound great.
I've got a largish head, and the minimum adjustment continues to be rather loose on my small head. Listening exhaustion is minimal at reasonable listeing volume. They simply didn't feel like Sony quality whatsoever, unsure if Sony is going cheep on us or what but steer clear of these cans like the plague.
And at its current price, you're getting a good deal. One "con" is the fact that these headphones are very big, as in measure about 2" out from your face and that is how far these stand out. I can and have tested this with Anime videos on my small PSP.
Furthermore they have fantastic sound, andthe fit and sturdiness is impeccable.
